When it comes to finding easy ways to increase your consumption of gut healing foods it can be tricky. Everyone isn’t a fan of drinking a cup of bone broth or a spoonful of saukraut. That always isn’t the most appetizing thing you know?
This gut healing chicken will have you not only eating delicious protein but getting those gut healing benefits. All you need is 4-ingredients! That’s right 4-ingredients! The purpose of keeping it so simple as you can then use the chicken in multiple ways. Also, with the use of a crockpot, it makes the chicken tender, which means easier to digest. My favorites to use the gut healing chicken is in an avocado chicken salad or simply putting some BBQ sauce on it!
Also, with those of you out their possible on a protocol such as Whole30, AIP, and so on this chicken will also be a great addition to your diet! I just HIGHLY RECOMMEND you ensure the bone broth you use has no “off-limit” spices in it. Onion and garlic are often the most common. You can also make your own bone broth too if you’re feeling ambitious! The most important thing you can do for your body is to ensure your gut is happy!
Other gut healing foods you can look into is probiotics, prebiotics, leafy greens, collagen, and fermented foods! What are your favorite gut healing foods? Comment down below as I would love to hear!
