You’ll often find my spoon in a nut butter jar, while also scouring the internet for the next bet restaurant to try.
I am from Massachusetts and currently on the track to becoming an Exercise Physiologist and Primal Health Coach. Over the years, I struggled with poor digestion, but never really thought of it as bad. It’s normal to feel bloated and not always go to the bathroom. I couldn’t be more wrong.
As I have leaned more about holistic and homeopathic care, I took on a primal approach (I couldn’t give up my peanut butter on paleo)! Even with lifestyle changes my gut was still off leading to fatigue and not so fun flare-ups.
As I heal myself from the inside out, I want to help others do the same. No one deserves to feel anything less than their best selves. Through nutrition, movement, and time anyone can heal. I want to empower women, like yourself, to take control of their lives through health and wellness.
Sara’s Simple Eats was created to teach women simple ways to improve their life. Through delicious desserts, daily movement, and learning to balance our mind, body, and soul with society’s fast paced lifestyle. This is a blog for women by a women who wants to see women flourish.
